The first mega public hearing on School Choice in India. Jan Sunwai on School Choice held in Ranchi on 03 October 2008 attracted 4500 citizens from 6 districts of Jharkhand. Mr. Bandhu Tirkey, the Jharkhand Education Minister, has now announced School Voucher projects in 3 districts.

When using the $4500 vocher, would the car dealers give you the $4500 in rebates in addition to the worth of your car? Ex. If our car is worth $5000, would the give us $9500 toward the new car or just $4500.
Uh, no.
It’s one or the other… never both.
So if your clunker is worth $500, you will get $4500. If it’s worth $5500, then you do a normal trade-in as the voucher is worth less than the trade-in value.
THE PROGRAM IS NOT OVER!!!!!!!!!!! The House of Representatives approved an additional $2 Billion for the program on Friday. The Senate will vote on it this week and I’m 100% positive it will pass!
